It does have Glycerol Ester of Rosin in it, which is something found in one my sleeper-favorite sodas, Fresca.īut yeah, a mix of light citrus at the beginning, and then some smooth berry in there. Almost like a cream soda of sorts, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it actually was a cream soda or that it contains vanilla.

Sot of around in the middle of tasting it, it’s also got a rather… how to explain it… “smoothness” to it.
Not a strong berry flavor like cherry or raspberry, but something more subtle like a strawberry.
There’s definitely citrus notes, as one would expect from a Dew, and some berry in there too. It’s not a super-powerful flavor like many Dews are. It’s not clear like Mountain Dew Ice.Īs for the flavor, it’s interesting. It’s got a slightly creamy/milky look to it, like Mountain Dew White Out, for those that’ve had that. I particularly like the question mark in the hood of the figure, since it is a mystery flavor. I like how they make sure everything is well-seen and integrated into the image. What can I say? I’m a sucker for Limited Edition things (hence why I was willing to drop 25 bucks on a single bottle of LE hot sauce) and I love Halloween, so why not give this a shot. They’re regularly coming out with new flavors and variants and I’m always happy to give them a shot. It is, easily, my favorite soda to drink, in all its many styles and iterations.
